The staff at check-in had an attitude problem, especiaally the rude woman who barely acknowledged my presence. It's shocking they don't have a proper restaurant to enjoy a meal, and again, I expected at least a complementary gesture for my inconvenience. I almost thought to leave a good review, but just couldn't with these issues.

The excellent equipment and size of the rooms, with the huge windows. The outlet around the corner with restaurants and free parking. Montreal was very quickly accessible.

The hotel was conveniently located near a large mall with ample shopping and dining options. My room was clean, and the modern decor. The free parking was a major perk, with access to explore the nearby attractions.
The staff at the front desk could be more cute. I felt a bit overlooked during check-in.

Appreciated the place, had a great stay during a long road trip. The room we got, queen room, was designer. Layout and interior design were very modern. Its staff was accommodating and pleasant.

Nicely laid out hotel room for such a small space. Design and decor sold my wife instantly.
Bad mattress gave me back-ache the next morning. Felt like a cheap ikea one - very different from regular hotel (comfortable) mattresses. Won't stay here again for that reason.

The spacious rooms had fine views, and the clean facilities. And free parking near the mall was super convenient for our adventures around the area. My two boys loved it!
My kids wished there were more food options.

Alt Hotel is in the middle of Quartier Dix30, a power center with fashion stores and outlets. The hotel is very "design" and quite comfortable. I like the duvet on my bed instead of the traditional comforter. Also, the hotel is equipped with geothermal air conditioning, so the rooms stay cool but without any noise from an air conditioner. I really enjoyed my stay.
